    Parks Canada Agency-Canadian Heritage Rivers System (CHRS) has a requirement for a National Individual Standing Offer (NISO) for the provision of Bronze Plaques (Bilingual and Trilingual), including material for plaque installation in different locations across Canada, including areas subject to Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements (CLCAs.
    
    The work under the requirement will be on an "as and when" basis for an initial period of one (1)
    year from the issuance of the NISO, with an option to extend the offer by one (1) additional
    period of one (1) year under the same terms and conditions.
    
    This procurement is subject to the Tsawwassen First Nation Final Agreement, Gwichin’ in Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement, and the Nunavut Land Claims Agreement.
    
    Debriefings
    Offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers process. Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the request for standing offers process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
