The Department of National Defence has a requirement to purchase one hundred and sixty-three (163) All-Terrain Vehicles (ATVs) and ancillary items, in accordance with the Purchase Description for All-Terrain Vehicle dated June 1st, 2019 and as described at Annex A - Pricing. 

The requirement includes an option to purchase up to one hundred and sixty-three (163) All-Terrain Vehicles (ATVs) and ancillary items to be exercised within twelve (12) months from the effective date of the contract.

The intent is to award the contract by December 23, 2019.

Debriefings
After issuance of a Contract, bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the request for proposal.Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the request for proposal process. The debriefing may be in writing, bytelephone or in person.
