Amendment 001

This Amendment 001 is issued to modify the closing date and time of the Request for Proposal.

Statistics Canada has a requirement for five (5) types of custom mailing boxes and pallet sheets for the 2021 Census of Canada, as described in Annex A - Line Item Details and in accordance with Annex B - Statement of Work.

The requirement includes an option to purchase optional quantities to be exercised within six (6) months from the effective date of the contract.

Debriefings

Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
