This requirement is for:

Description of the requirement:  

This requirement is for the provision of task based informatics and professional services, for one (1) Senior Application/Software Architect, one (1) Senior IM Architect, one (1) Intermediate Business Analyst, and one (1) Senior Enterprise Architect. These services are required by the Special Operations Task Force Command and Control project to support the analysis, installation and testing of software on Canadian Special Operations Forces Command (CANSOFCOM) networks on an "as and when requested" basis.


Limited Tender:

Only TBIPS Supply Arrangement (SA) Holders currently holding a TBIPS SA for Tier 2, in the following resource categories: A1 - Application/Software Architect(Level 3), B1 - Business Analyst (Level 2), I5 - IM Architect (Level 3), and P2 - Enterprise Architect (Level 3) in the National Capital Region under the EN57 -170432 series of SAs are eligible to compete. 

The TBIPS EN578-170432 supply arrangement is incorporated by reference and forms part of this bid solicitation, as though expressly set out in it, subject to any express terms and conditions contained in this bid solicitation.


Security Requirement:

Bidder Facility Security Clearance (FSC) required at the Level of: SECRET


Resource Security Level Required: 

Contractor personnel requiring access to CLASSIFIED or PROTECTED information, assets or sensitive work site(s) must be a citizen of Canada or the United States of America, and must EACH hold a valid personnel security screening at the level of SECRET, CONFIDENTIAL, or RELIABILITY STATUS, as required, granted or approved by CISD/PSPC.


Number and proposed period of contract(s):

It is intended to result in the award of up to 2 contracts, for 1 year plus 3 one-year irrevocable options allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract.
