Notice of Proposed Procurement (NPP) for Task Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) - W7714-176204/A
This procurement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 2 for services for the categories across Work streams IV, V and VI.
Requirement
This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of Department of National Defence (DND), Defence Research and Development Canada (DRDC) (the "Client") for Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) under the TBIPS Supply Arrangement (SA) method of supply. The DRDC Research Centre on behalf of Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for informatics professional services to provide project management and support services for the Tactical Edge Cyber Command and Control (TEC3) project. The resource categories are as follows:
One (1) P9 - Project Manager Level 3
One (1) C14 - IT R&D Specialist Level 3
One (1) B14 - Technical Writer Level 3
The solicitation is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract for a period of three (3) years, plus two (2) one-year irrevocable options allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract.
