    This procurement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 2 for services for the required categories in Stream II (Geomatics Services) and III (IM/IT Services)
    
    
    Requirement
    
    This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of the Department of National Defence (the "Client") for Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) under the TBIPS Supply Arrangement (SA) method of supply. This requirement is for the provision of Informatics professional services to provide support to GIS functions and other geomatics activities. The "Real Property Spatial Data Warehouse (RPSDW) Data Contract" work under this Contract requires specialist knowledge and extensive experience in very specific applications of CAD and GIS. In other words, the work to be undertaken under this Contract is not for the generalist CAD and GIS practitioner. Rather, it is for those who have had experience working with CAD or GIS for the purpose of creating feature data related to civil infrastructure, buildings, works and equipment of all kinds.
    
    The following resources categories are required:
    G.2  Geomatics Specialist - Level 2
    G.2  Geomatics Specialist - Level 3
    I.1  Data Conversion Specialist - Level 3
    I.2  Database Administrator - Level 3
    
    It is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract. The contract will be for 1 years plus 2 one-year irrevocable options allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract.
