All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. NATURE OF REQUIREMENT Parks Canada (PC) has a requirement of one (1) Welded Aluminum Rigid Hull Inflatable Boat (RHIB) for operations in Gaspé, Quebec. The primaryuse of this boat will be general use along the coastline in Gaspé Bay and the Honguedo Straight in connection with scientific research projects, law enforcement and search and rescue operations. Delivery is requested on or before April 30th, 2016. In addition to the boat, the Contractor will be required to produce a General Arrangement, Lines Plan, Associated Lists and Reference Documents. Description: (a) Length: (overall) 6.5 - 7.5 metres (b) Hull Construction: Aluminum This procurement is covered by the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT), and the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA). Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement does not apply as delivery is not within a Land Claim Area. The sourcing strategy to this procurement is that all interested suppliers may submit a bid. Bidders to be considered compliant must meet all the Mandatory Requirements of the Request for Proposal. The lowest priced compliant proposal will be recommended for award. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
