    REQUIREMENT:
    For the supply of Post mix Soft Drink Beverages as detailed herein to the Department of National Defense at CFB KINGSTON Ontario on an “as and when ordered” basis.
     The Contractor is required to supply 2 fountain machines or change all the labels on the existing machines, for dispensing the soft drink beverages, at no cost. If the machines need to be change they are to be new and/or refurbished and installed by the Contractor in Routledge hall Dining Room or in any other CFB KINGSTON Kitchen as deemed necessary, regardless of size or volume generated on location.
    
    It is mandatory that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held at 20 Craftsman Blvd., CFB Kingston, Kingston, Ontario on 04 July 2017. The site visit will begin at 10:00 a.m., in room 313.
    Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than three (3) business days prior to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend. Failure to comply will result in the representative(s) being denied access to the site.
    Bidders will be required to sign an attendance sheet. Bidders should confirm in their bid that they have attended the site visit. Bidders who do not attend the mandatory site visit or do not send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment and their bid will be declared non-responsive. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation.
    
    Period of Standing Offer will be from from date of issuance to 30 June 2020.
