To establish a Regional Individual Standing Offer for the provisions of consumables kitchen supplies for CFB Trenton/CFS Alert and CFB Kingston located in the Ontario Regions. Goods will be supplied on and when" requested basis. This requirement has several delivery locations as detailed in Annex A.

An Offeror can submit an offer for one location or both locations. In the case of an Offeror that is
the successful Offeror of both locations, only one Regional Individual Standing Offer will be issued.

Period of Standing Offer from date of issuance to 30 June 2020 with the option to renew for 4, 1 year options.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
