Title:  Mattresses - CFB Kingston

Solicitation Number:  W0114-18PS48/A

The Department of National Defence (DND), Canadian Force Base (CFB) Kingston, Ration and Quarters Support Services (R&QSS) located in Kingston, Ontario requires a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the supply of new mattresses of various sizes on an “as and when requested” basis.

The period for making call-ups against the Standing Offer is from date of issuance to three (3) years later.

It is the intention of the Crown to issue one Regional Individual Standing Offer.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

Offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers process. Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the request for standing offers process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
