Requirement

The Contractor must provide cleaning and sanitizing services at 8 Wing/CFB Trenton in Trenton, Ontario. The Cleaning and Sanitizing services are required for areas such as but not limited to, accommodations buildings, hangars, buses and aircraft interiors.

Cleaning and Sanitizing services include, routine cleaning and sanitizing AND terminal cleaning and sanitizing.  Terminal cleaning and sanitizing is defined as the thorough cleaning and disinfection of an area after it is vacated, in order to remove contaminating microorganisms that might be acquired by subsequent occupants and/or staff.

The Contractor is responsible for providing all the specific services described within the Statement of Work during the period of 1 February 2021 to 31 May 2021.

Bids must be submitted only to the Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) Bid Receiving Unit specified below by the date and time indicated on page 1 of the bid solicitation:

Only bids submitted using epost Connect service will be accepted. The Bidder must send an email requesting to open an epost Connect conversation to the following address:

Note: Bids will not be accepted if emailed directly to this email address. This email address is to be used to open an epost Connect conversation, as detailed in Standard Instructions 2003, or to send bids through an epost Connect message if the bidder is using its own licensing agreement for epost Connect.

It is the Bidder’s responsibility to ensure the request for opening an epost Connect conversation is sent to the email address above at least six days before the solicitation closing date. 

Bids transmitted by facsimile or hardcopy to PWGSC will not be accepted.
