The Department of National Defence (DND) requires various types of communication analysis equipment within the scope of Supply Arrangement W3048-20KH37/001/KIN.  Supply Arrangement Holders have been emailed the Request for Proposal.  Other interested bidders may submit bids once they have qualified for the Supply Arrangement.  Canada will not extend the RFP to provide additional time for bidders to qualify for the Supply Arrangement and submit a proposal for the RFP.
