Trade Agreement: CETA/WTO-AGP/CPTPP/CFTA/FTAs with Peru/Colombia/Panama/Korea/UK Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Rental of modular accommodations building(s) on its site in Ottawa, Ontario W6399-22CA37/A Choquette, Herb Telephone No. - (613) 449-8446 The Department of National Defence requires a Contractor to lease accommodation trailers for 45 personnel and install on a prepared site in Ottawa, Ontario by February 4, 2022 as specified in Annex A. The Contract term will be from date of award to 31 January 2025 with Canada having the option to extend the term by up to 7 years and/or to purchase the trailers at any time during the lease. Canada will also have the option to lease additional accommodation trailers. Submission of Bids Bids must be submitted only to the Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) Bid Receiving Unit specified below by the date and time indicated on page 1 of the bid solicitation: PWGSC Ontario Region Bid Receiving Unit Only bids submitted using epost Connect service will be accepted. The Bidder must send an email requesting to open an epost Connect conversation to the following address: TPSGC.orreceptiondessoumissions-orbidreceiving.PWGSC@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca Note: Bids will not be accepted if emailed directly to this email address. This email address is to be used to open an epost Connect conversation, as detailed in Standard Instructions 2003, or to send bids through an epost Connect message if the bidder is using its own licensing agreement for epost Connect. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to ensure the request for opening an epost Connect conversation is sent to the email address above at least six days before the solicitation closing date. Bids transmitted by facsimile or hardcopy to PWGSC will not be accepted. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
