This is a Request for Proposal only for Holders of Supply Arrangement W6399-21J415.  If other bidders are interested in submitting a proposal they will have to qualify for Supply Arrangement before they are given an opportunity to bid on this requirement. Requirement
The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for a Contractor to  design and develop the Exercise Narrative and Master Events Script List as stated in Annex “A.  It also includes operations and intelligence support to the conduct of the exercise itself to include Exercise Control / Live Scripting tasks.  Exercise planning will commence 28 October 2021, for exercise to be conducted from 5-7 April 2022.

The Contractor must hold Supply Arrangement W6399-21J415 for category 6 - Exercise Support. 

Submission of Bids
Bids must be submitted only to the Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) Bid Receiving Unit specified below by the date and time indicated on page 1 of the bid solicitation:

Only bids submitted using epost Connect service will be accepted. The Bidder must send an email requesting to open an epost Connect conversation to the following address:

Note: Bids will not be accepted if emailed directly to this email address. This email address is to be used to open an epost Connect conversation, as detailed in Standard Instructions 2003, or to send bids through an epost Connect message if the bidder is using its own licensing agreement for epost Connect.

It is the Bidder’s responsibility to ensure the request for opening an epost Connect conversation is sent to the email address above at least six days before the solicitation closing date. 

Bids transmitted by facsimile or hardcopy to PWGSC will not be accepted.
