This Bid Solicitation is issued against the Task and Solutions
Professional Services (TSPS) Supply Arrangement and Solutions
E60ZN-13TSPS.  All terms and conditions of the Task and
Solutions Professional Services Supply Arrangement apply and are
incorporated into any resulting contract.

The requirement is open to only the following TSPS Supply
Arrangement holders:

Requirement:

The Department of National Defence (DND), Military Personnel
Generation has the requirement for one (1)Communications
Consultant, Stream 3.11, Intermediate Level to provide the
necessary Canadian Armed Forces Accreditation Certification and
Equivalencies Program (CAF-ACE) system administration, user
support, training, quality assurance (QA) and marketing.

Associated Documents:

Request for Proposal (RFP) documents will be e-mailed directly,
from the Contracting Authority, to the Qualified Supply
Arrangement Holders who are being invited to bid on this
requirement.  BIDDERS ARE ADVISED THAT RFP DOCUMENTS ARE NOT
AVAILABLE ON THE GOVERNMENT TENDERING SYSTEM
(https://buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders).


Proposed period of contract:

The period of the Contract is from 01 August 2015 to 31 July 
2016 with the option of two (2) one (1) year irrevocable options
years allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract.

It is the intention of PWGSC to award one (1) contract for this
requirement

Level of Security - Reliability

Estimated Level of Effort:

The estimated level of effort of the contract will be for a
maximum of 230 days per year.


NOTE:  The Task and Solutions Professional Services (TSPS)
Method of Supply is subject to quarterly refresh cycles.  If you
