Title: 1 Systems Administrator (TBIPS SA) (EN578-055605/G) for
the Department of National Defence, Canadian Forces Base
Trenton, Astra, Ontario

This requirement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangment
Holders holding a TBIPS SA for Tier 1 in the Ontario Region Area
under the EN578-055605/G series of Sas are invited to compete. 
SA Holders may not submit a bid in response to this bid
solicitation unless they have been invited to do so.  However,
should an univited SA Holder wish to be invited, it may contact
the Contract Authority to request an invitation at any time
prior to five business days before the published bid closing
date, and an invitation will be made to that SA Holder unless it
would not be consistent with the efficient operation of the
procurement system.  In no circumstance will an invitation
require Canada to extend the bid closing date.

Description of the Requirement:

The Department of National Defence (DND), 8 Wing Trenton,
Trenton, Ontario, Aerospace and Telecommunications Engineering
Support Squadron (ATESS) require the services of a Systems
Administrator to provide technical support to deployable Air
Force Command and Control Information System (AFCCIS) server
suites.


Proposed Period of the Contract:

01 January 2016 to 31 December 2016 with the irrevocable option
of extending the term of the Contract up to a maximum of two (2)
one (1) year option periods.

Security Requirement:

(1) The Bidder:  Facility Security Clearance level SECRET
(2) Resouce: Secret
(3) The requirement is subject to the Controlled Goods Program


Basis of Selection

A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation
and meet all mandatory evaluation criteria to be declared
responsive.

The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be
recommended for awards of a contract.  A maximum of one (1)
contract will be awarded for this requirement.
