Trade Agreement: NONE Tendering Procedures: Suppliers on permanent list or able to meet qualification requirements Competitive Procurement Strategy: Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: Yes Nature of Requirements: Caterpillar Components W0125-15J004/A Carriere, Nancy Telephone No. - (613) 545-8764 Fax No. - (613) 545-8067 The Department of National Defence (DND), Wing Construction Engineering (WCE), and the Electrical and Mechanical Engineering (EME) section, located at CFB Trenton, Trenton, Ontario has the requirement for the provisions of Diesel Engine and Generator Components manufactured by Caterpillar on an "as and when" required basis as per Annex B, Basis of Payment. All items requested as a result of the RFSO will be delivered to CFB Trenton. Items requested for TEME will be delivered to CFB Trenton for furtherance to CFS Alert. The period of the Standing off is from 01 January 2016 to 31 December 2018 inclusive. This procurement is reserved for beneficiaries of the following Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement(s) (CLCAs): Nunavut Land Claims Agreement. This procurement is set aside under the federal government Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business. For more information on Aboriginal business requirements of the Set-aside Program for Aboriginal Business, see Annex 9.4 of the Supply Manual. This procurement is set aside from the international trade agreements under the provision each hasfor set-asides for small and minority businesses. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
