The Department of National Defence, Logistics Support Section, Base Transport has a requirement for the contractor to provide all labour, material and equipment for the exterior washing only, of highway coaches, activity buses, and full size SMP vehicles. These vehicles are to be brought to the Contractor’s location.  The requirement will also include the cleaning of the septic system of the highway coaches, on an “as and when required” basis.

It is the intention of Canada to issue one (1) Regional Individual Standing Offer for this request.

The location of the Offerors work site must be within 30 kilometer radius of CFB Kingston.

The resulting Standing Offer will be from issuance to two (2) years later with the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Standing Offer by up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
