The Department of National Defence has a requirement for a live fire thermal target system that provides DND with the ability to train personnel on field firing in a controlled environment, allowing for instant performance feedback and evaluation with and without thermal optics

This RFP requires bidders to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their offers electronically. Bidders must refer to Part 2 of the RFP entitled Offeror Instructions and Part 3 of the RFP entitled Bid Preparation Instructions, for further information on using this method.
