On-going Opportunity for Qualification to allow new Suppliers to become qualified. Existing qualified Suppliers, who have been issued a supply arrangement, will not be required to submit a new arrangement.

The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement to procure various types of communications management and monitoring equipment and associated support services.

Supply Arrangements will be issued to all suppliers whose bids (arrangements) have been deemed compliant to this RFSA. When DND requires these goods or services, a Request for Proposal (RFP) will be sent to all Supply Arrangement Holders, and will include a technical and financial evaluation.  

The period for awarding contracts under the Supply Arrangement is from date of issue to 31 March 2025

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
