Requirement:
Various clients within the Ontario Region require the provision
of sheet, flat bar, angle and tubing steel for manufacturing.
The primary user of this RMSO is expected to be Correctional
Services Canada - CORCAN. The exact mandatory requirements are
detailed under Annex "A" of the resulting contract clauses.

Duration: 
Period of Standing Offer is from the date of issue to October
31, 2019.

Communications From Bidders
All enquiries must be submitted in writing to the Standing Offer
Authority no later than ten (10) calendar days before the
Request for Standing Offers (RFSO) closing date. Enquiries
received after that time may not be answered.

Debriefings
After issuance of a standing offer, offerors may request a
debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers.
Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer Authority
within 15 working days of receipt of notification that their
offer was unsuccessful. The debriefing may be provided in
writing, by telephone or in person.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
