Title:				Arctic Ground Search and Rescue Training

Requirement::

The Department of National Defence has a requirement for the
provision of Ground Search and Rescue Operations Training in an
Arctic Environment. Services required include the provision of a
distance learning package, exercise brief and site recce, and
onsite training.  Training will be conducted at the Personal
Accommodation Barracks and in the field, in Yellowknife, NT.

This procurement is subject to the Tlicho Land Claims Agreement.

Proposed Period of Contract:

The proposed period of the resulting contract will be from the
date of the contract to November 30th, 2015, with the
irrevocable option to extend the contract period by up to two
(2) additional one (1) year periods. 

Basis of Selection:

A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation
and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria and
financial evaluation criteria to be declared responsive.  The
responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be
recommended for award of a contract.
