Trade Agreement: Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) Tendering Procedures: If 3+ bids offer Canadian goods/services other bids will not be considered Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: Yes Nature of Requirements: This Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) cancels and supersedes previous RFSO number W0125-15LM05/A dated 2015-05-12 with a closing of 2015-05-28 at 2:00PM EDT. Solicitation Number: W0125-15LM05/B Title: Bread and Bakery Products Requirement:: The purpose of this Request for Standing Offer is to establish a Regional Individual Standing Offer for the provision of bread and bakery products, on an "as and when requested" basis, for the Department of National Defence (DND), Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Trenton and Canadian Forces Station (CFS) Alert. Items destined for CFS Alert must be delivered to CFB Trenton for furtherance by DND to CFS Alert. It is the intention of the Crown to issue one Regional Individual Standing Offer for this requirement. The period of the Standing Offer is from issuance to one year later inclusive. As per the Integrity Provisions under section 01 of Standard Instructions 2006 and 2007, offerors must provide a list of all owners and/or Directors and other associated information as required. Refer to section 4.21 of the Supply Manual for additional information on the Integrity Provisions. This procurement is subject to the Nunavut Land Claims Agreement. The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT). The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods and/or services.
