Title: Shooting/Driving Training Services

The Department of National Defence (DND) requires the services of a Contractor to provide an all-inclusive facility, and provide tactical shooting and driver training from date of award to 31 March 2019 withan option to extend the Contract up to 31 March 2020.  Upon Contract award there is an immediate requirement for the Contractor to provide these services from 11 January 2019 to 24 February 2019 for 50 personnel.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

The Federal Contractors Program (FCP) for employment equity applies to this procurement; refer to Part 5 - Certifications and Additional Information, Part 7 - Resulting Contract Clauses and the annex titled Federal Contractors Program for Employment Equity - Certification.

Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.

The Contractor must obtain from its employee(s) or subcontractor(s) the completed and signed Non-Disclosure Agreement attached at Annex D and provide it to the Technical Authority before they are given access to information by or on behalf of Canada in connection with the Work.
