This requirement is open only to TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 2 for services in the National Capital Region for the following categories:

P.9 Project Manager - Level 3  (1)
A.7 Programmer / Analyst - Level 3  (1)
T.2 Satellite Communications Specialist - Level 3  (1)
T.1 Radio Frequency Systems Specialist - Level 3  (1)
T.9 Lineman Technician - Level 2  (1)

Description of Work:

The Department of National Defence (DND) has initiated a program to improve the provision of Information Technology and Telecommunication Support Services, and specifically to modernize the development, security, processing, storage, access, and delivery of applications/software. To advance the development of this program, DND requires the support of a contracted various telecommunication personnel with specialized skills and vast experience in certain areas essential to the project.

It is intended to result in the award of one contract. The contract will be from Contract Award to one year later, plus four (4) one-year irrevocable options allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract.
