This requirement is only open to the below list of pre-qualified suppliers under the Learning Services Supply Arrangement.

The Department of National Defence, Canadian Forces Health Service Training Centre (CFHSTC) located at Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Borden, requires the services of 1 Junior Learning Designer and 3 Junior Rapid eLearning Programmers 
CFHSTC trains a variety of health care professionals in the medical and dental field. Many health care courses offered at the CFHSTC include a Distance Learning (DL) component, which allows Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) members to conduct training from their residence or workplace.

The period of the Contract will be from 01 April 2019 to 31 March 2020 with the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to 4 additional periods.
