    NOTICE TO BIDDERS:  Solicitation E6TOR-18RM05/C is posted as an opportunity to allow NEW Suppliers to become qualified for use in the North West location. Existing qualified Suppliers, who have been issued a standing offer, WILL NOT be required to submit a new offer.
    
    The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a series of Regional Master Standing Offers for the provision of bus charter and bus rental services on an “as and when requested” basis in North West Ontario.  The vehicles for hire or rental include various-sized highway motor coaches, school buses, and activity buses, with and without driver, and will be used to transport both government and non-government personnel as per operational requirements. Please see Annex “A” - Statement of Work, for further details.
    
    DND North West Ontario: majority of usage will be school buses with drivers pick up locations: 
    
    1. Pine Street Armoury 375 Pine Street, Sault Saint Marie Ontario, P6B 3E6;             
    2. Sudbury Armoury, 333 Riverside Drive, Sudbury Ontario, P3E 1H5;
    3. Timmins Armoury, 355 Algonquin Blvd East, Timmins Ontario, P4N 7H9; and
    4. Martin Leo Troy Armoury 540 Chippewa Street West, North Bay Ontario, P1B 8G6;     
    
    Offerors may bid on one or more bus types, i.e. Charters (Highway Motor Coach, School Bus, and/or
    Activity Bus) and/or Rentals (Highway Motor Coach, School Bus, and/or Activity Bus).
    
    It is the intention of the Crown to issue a Standing Offer to each responsive Offeror.
    
    The period of the Standing Offer will be from the date of issuance to 30 June 2024.
    
    This RFSO allows offerors to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their offers electronically. Offerors must refer to Part 2 of the RFSO entitled Offeror Instructions and Part 3 of the RFSO entitled Offer Preparation Instructions, for further information on using this method.
