    This Bid Solicitation is issued against the Learning Services Supply Arrangement (SA), PWGSC File No. E60ZH-070003.  All terms and conditions of the Learning Services SA apply and are incorporated into any resulting contract.
    
    The requirement described herein is open only to PWGSC Learning Services SA Suppliers.
    
    
    The Department of National Defence (DND) 426(T) Training Squadron requires a Course Administrator/Director for Medical Flight Aeromedical Evacuation Training and Courses.Services will take place at 426 (T) Squadron (Sqn), located in 8 Wing, Canadian Forces Base Trenton, Ontario.
    
    Work is to be performed during the period of 01 April 2021 to 31 March 2022 and includes the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to 2 additional 1 year periods
    
    Basis of Selection - Minimum Point Rating 
    1. To be declared responsive, a bid must: 
    a. comply with all the requirements of the bid solicitation; and
    b. meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria; and
    c. obtain the required minimum points for the technical evaluation criteria which are subject to point rating.
    
    2. Bids not meeting (a) or (b) or (c) will be declared non-responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
    
    Security Requirements
    
    1. At the date of bid closing, the following conditions must be met:
    
    (a) the Bidder must hold a valid organization security clearance as indicated in Part 7 - Resulting Contract Clauses;
    
    (b) the Bidder's proposed individuals requiring access to classified or protected information, assets or sensitive work sites must meet the security requirements as indicated in Part 7 - Resulting Contract Clauses;
    
    (c) the Bidder must provide the name of all individuals who will require access to classified or protected information, assets or sensitive work sites;

    The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
    
    Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
