This requirement, on behalf of Correctional Services Canada, is
for the provision of physician services for inmates, as per
Annex A, Statement of Work.  
Physicians are required to provide and coordinate essential
health services for inmates at the following institutions
(addresses located in Annex D):
•	Bath Institution
•	Collins Bay Institution, Medium, Minimum and Maximum
•	 Beaver Creek Institution, Medium and Maximum
•	Joyceville Institution, Medium and Minimum
•	Warkworth Institution; 
•	Millhaven Complex (includes Regional Hospital)
•	Regional Treatment Centre (RTC) Complex (includes RTC Bath and
RTC Millhaven)

Bidders may submit bids for more than one location.  Bids will
be evaluated separately for each location identified in Annex B
and up to seven contracts may be awarded.  

More than one physician may be proposed per location.  

The period of the contract is for one (1) year plus four (4) one
(1) year option periods.

Delivery Date: Above-mentioned

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
