Requirement:
To establish Regional Individual Standing Offers for the rental,
delivery and return of Over Snow Vehicles (OSV), sleighs and
trailers as well as All Terrain Vehicles (ATVs) and trailers for
the Department of National Defence, Garrison Petawawa, located
in Petawawa, Ontario during a three-year period  on an "as and
when required basis".

Canada intends to issue up to three regional individual standing
offers (RISO) as a result of this solicitation. Ranking of the
RISOs will be established on a right of first refusal basis as
described in the solicitation document.

The period for making call-ups against the Standing Offer is
from 01 March 2015 to 28 February 2018. 

There is no security requirement applicable to this Standing
Offer.
