To supply aircraft de-icing, de-snowing, and anti-icing services to the Department of National Defence, Canadian Forces Base Trenton for the seasonal period of October 1 to April 30. The period of Contract will be from October 1, 2016 to September 30, 2019 with two one-year irrevocable options to extend the period of the Contract.

There are security requirements associated with this requirement.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).

The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods and/or services.

There is an optional site visit associated with this solicitation. Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held at the East Commercial Gate, 17 Northstar Drive, Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Trenton on 19 July 2016. The site visit will begin at 10:00 EDT. Suppliers who do not attend are not precluded from submitting a bid.

Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
