IMPORTANT NOTICE TO SUPPLIERS REFERENCE BID SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Due to the impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic, temporary measures are being taken on-site at the Ontario Region Bid Receiving Unit to encourage social distancing. The health and safety of staff and suppliers remains our top priority. 

Suppliers are required to submit bids electronically using the Canada Post epost Connect application for the subject bid solicitation. This service allows suppliers to submit bids, offers and arrangements electronically to PWGSC Bid Receiving Units. This online service enables the electronic transfer of large files up to Protected B level.

Faxed and hard copy (submitted in person or via mail/courier) bids will not be accepted for the subject bid solicitation.

This tender is part of Public Works and Government Services Canada's initiative to submit bid submission files electronically using epost Connect. Interested bidders should refer to Part 2 of the solicitation document entitled Instructions to bidders/offerors/suppliers, as the case may be, for instructions on how to participate and submit their files electronically for this tender.

Requirement: 

The Department of National Defence, Garrison Petawawa, Real Property Operations Unit Detachment (RPOU DET) requires a three (3) year Standing Offer for the supply and delivery of ready-mix, site mix and pre-cast concrete products and associated materials on "an as and when requested" basis to Real Property Operations (RP Ops).

The period for the Standing Offer is from 17 September 2021 to 31 August 2024.

This Request for Standing Offer may result in the issuance of one (1) Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO).

Security Requirements: There is no security requirement applicable to the Standing Offer.

Debriefings: 

Offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers process. Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the request for standing offers process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
