The Department of National Defence (DND) Connaught Cadet Training Center requires the establishment of a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the provision of all labour, materials, tools,transportation, equipment, supervision required to provide laundry and dry cleaning services, including pickup and delivery on an “as and when” requested basis.  

It is the intention of the Crown to issue one (1) Standing Offer.

The period for placing call-ups against this RISO will be from date of issuance to 30 September 2018.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
