The Department of National Defence, 8 Wing Trenton, Trenton Ontario requires engine overhaul, rebuild and parts for the Stanley Hydraulic Power Unit and associated tools and engine. These HPU’s are utilized on the Mobile Aircraft Arrestor System (MAAS) used to stop CF188 fighter jets as well as any tail hook equipped aircraft requiring the use of the arrestor systems.

The Contractor will provide Operation and Maintenance (O&M) training for the Stanley HPU for up to 15 students on an as and when required basis at the 86 ASU maintenance facility.
