The National Laboratory for Environmental Testing (NLET) provides analytical services which support a number of Environment Canada programs, both at the regional and national level. The laboratory supports activities associated with the chemistry of various ecosystems.  The current nitrogen generator has recently required repairs. The current system is in operation however due to its age and repair history its long term performance and reliability is in question. 

1. The Nitrogen generator must have demonstrated ability to deliver on-demand LCMS grade nitrogen.  

2. The Nitrogen generator must deliver nitrogen at a rate of at least 120 L/min to facilitate supply to multiple LCMS/MS systems.

3. The purity of gas at maximum flow rate must exceed 95%. 

The manufacturer must warrant purchased equipment to be free of defects in material and workmanship and the warranty shall cover both parts and labour for a minimum of one year from the date of installation.

The manufacturer/supplier must guarantee the timely availability of parts for no less than 5 years past the date of delivery.

The bid must also include the cost of installation and shipment to FOB Burlington Ontario Canada.

The delivered product shall include all relevant manuals and application information.

Supplier must offer technical support within 24 hours to address instrument concerns and minimize instrument down time.
