Trade Agreement: NONE Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Hotel Services Little Rock AK W0125-19CR03/A Emmons, Chris Telephone No. - (613) 545-8083 Fax No. - (613) 545-8067 436 (Transport) Squadron, 8 Wing Trenton, will be participating in conjunction with several other nations and units in Green Flag at Little Rock AK (GFLR) and will require hotel services for the duration of the exercise. 436 (Transport) Squadron personnel in addition to several other members from 8 Wing units will arrive at Little Rock, AK on 25 September 2018 and remain until 10 October 2018. 65 members in total will require rooms for 15 nights. The work described in this SOW is that the contract will be managed and administered by a single Prime Contractor who will either deliver all required services, or through sub-contracts, arrange for the delivery of the required services. In either scenario, the Prime Contractor will be wholly responsible for the seamless delivery of all of the required services and will proactively take the necessary measures to ensure that any conflicts or issues are promptly addressed and resolved Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
