The supplier must also be prepared to provide additional products not listed in Annex B, Appendix 1 which have been categorized as Special Orders. The Standing Offer will be in effect from August 1, 2016 to July 31, 2018, for 8, 3 month periods, over a two year period. Period of the Standing Offer has been divided into the following eight periods: Period A: 1-August-2016 to 31-October-2016 (closing 13-July-2016) Period B: 1-November-2016 to 31-January-2017 (closing 11-October-2016) Period C 1-February-2017 to 30-April-2017 (closing 11-January-2017) Period D 1-May-2017 to 31-July-2017 (closing 10-April-2017) Period E: 1-August-2017 to 31-October-2017 (closing 10-July-2017) Period F: 1-November-2017 to 31-January-2018 (closing 10-October-2017) Period G 1-February-2018 to 30-April-2018(closing 8-January-2018) Period H 1-May-2018 to 31-July-2018 (closing 9-April-2018) Note: Offer must be submitted for each period as per the schedule in Annex D, Closing date Schedule. Offerors may presentoffers on any period of their choice. It is the intention of the Crown to issue one Regional Individual Standing Offer for this requirement. The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada. The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT). Offerors are requested to provide any questions, concerns and requiredinformation, concerning the RFSO, by facsimile, mailor e-mail, if they so desire.
