This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number KW405-180310/A dated 23-October-2017 with a closing of 4-December-2017 at 14:00. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation.


Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC), has a requirement for one (1) Hydraulic Press Brake for use in its Water Science Technology shop, located in Burlington, Ontario. The requirement includes on-site equipment installation and a single training session on the operation of the equipment. The Hydraulic Press Brake must be able to be used as a forming tool for secondary metal working operations.

All the deliverables must be received on or before March 31st, 2018.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

Suppliers are requested to provide any questions, concerns and required
