To establish one (1) Regional Individual Standing Offer to supply and deliver Fresh Fruit and Vegetables on an "as and when" requested basis to, Canadian Forces Base Kingston as detailed herein at Annex B, Appendix 1 during the period of the standing offer.

The supplier must also be prepared to provide additional products not listed in Annex B, Appendix 1 which have been categorized as Special Orders.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

The Standing Offer will be in effect from February 1, 2018 to January 31, 2019, for12, 1 month periods, over a one year period.

Period of the Standing Offer has been divided into the following twelve periods:
Period A: 1-February-2018 to 28-February-2018 (24-January-2018)
Period B: 1-March-2018 to 31-March-2018 (21-February-2018)
Period C: 1-April-2018 to 30-April-2018 (21-March-2018)
Period D:  1-May-2018 to 31-May-2018 (23-April-2018)
Period E: 1-June-2018 to 30-June-2018 (23-May-2018)
Period F: 1-July-2018 to 31-July-2018 (20-June-2018)
Period G: 1-August-2018 to 31-August-2018 (23-July-2018)
Period H: 1-September-2018 to 30-September-2018 (22-August-2018)
Period I: 1-October-2018 to 31-October-2018 (19-September-2018)
Period J: 1-November-2018 to 30-November-2018 (22-October-2018)
Period K: 1-December-2018 to 31-December-2018 (21-November-2018)
Period L: 1-January-2019 to 31-January-2019 (20-December-2018)

Note: Offer must be submitted for each period as per the schedule in Annex D, Closing date Schedule. Offerors may present offers on any period of their choice.

It is the intention of the Crown to issue one Regional Individual Standing Offer for this requirement per period.
