Trade Agreement: CETA/WTO-AGP/CPTPP/CFTA/FTAs with Peru/Colombia/Panama/Korea/UK Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Supplies - Ontario Region Request for Standing Offers (RFSO)/Canadian Collaborative Procurement - Initiative (CCPI) Canada has a requirement to establish a Regional Master Standing Offer (RMSO) ) for the supply and delivery, on an as and when requested basis, of HVAC supplies including refrigeration, cooling, heating, air filters, belts and bearings, listed in the Allpriser Silver Price Guide (Ontario Edition), to authorized users. The proposed period of the Regional Master Standing Offer (RMSO) is from 1 April 2022 to 31 March 2026. It is the intention of Canada to issue one (1) RMSO for the Ontario Region excluding the National Capital Region. The following CCPI Participants (including MASH organizations) have demonstrated their interest in the Heat, ventilation and air conditioning supplies SO’s: Canadian Blood Services The Government of the Province of Ontario including: o University of Toronto o Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre o St. Joseph's Care Group o Grey Bruce Health Services o Ornge o Town of Whitby o Northern Supply Chain o Township of Malahide o Town of Collingwood o Township of Georgian Bay The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), the Canada-Korea Free Trade Agreement (CKFTA), the Canada-Colombia Free Trade Agreement, the Canada-Honduras Free Trade Agreement, the Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement, the Canada-Ukraine Free Trade Agreement, the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (European Union) (CETA), the Canada-UK Trade Continuity Agreement (Canada-UK TCA) and the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP). IMPORTANT NOTICE TO SUPPLIERS RE. BID SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS Due to the impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic, temporary measures are being taken on-site at the Ontario Region Bid Receiving Unit to encourage social distancing. The health and safety of staff and suppliers remains our top priority. Suppliers are required to submit bids electronically using the Canada Post epost Connect application for the subject bid solicitation. This service allows suppliers to submit bids, offers and arrangements electronically to PWGSC Bid Receiving Units. This online service enables the electronic transfer of large files up to Protected B level. Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the request for proposal process. Bidders should make the request to the Contract Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the request for standing offers process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person. Suppliers are requested to provide any questions, concerns and required information, concerning the RFP, by e-mail, if they so desire.
