Trade Agreement: CETA / WTO-AGP / CPTPP / CFTA / FTAs with Peru / Colombia / Panama / Korea Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: W3474-211542/A Magnetic Particle Benches The Department of National Defence has a requirement for the supply, delivery and installation of ten (10) magnetic particle wet benches. The bidder must demonstrate that they meet every mandatory technical evaluation criteria in their bid by submitting supporting documentation. Failure to provide supporting documentation by bid closing date will result in the bid being deemed non-responsive. Some of the criteria include: (a) Three phase, full wave direct current (FWDC) rectification up to 6ooo amperes with selectable A/C waveform mode. (b) Contact and coil output modes including independently selectable output dials and ammeter display for circular and longitudinal field strengths (c) Five cable wraps on coil (d) Current (amperage) on safety indicator light. (e) Quick break feature. (f) Demagnetization capability (g) 600 (575) Volts operating voltage and 6o Hz operating frequency. This contract has a security requirement: 1. Before award of a contract, the following conditions must be met: (a) the Bidder must hold a valid organization security clearance as indicated in Part 6 - Resulting Contract Clauses; (b) the Bidder's proposed individuals requiring access to classified or protected information, assets or sensitive work sites must meet the security requirements as indicated in Part 6 - Resulting Contract Clauses; (c) the Bidder must provide the name of all individuals who will require access to classified or protected information, assets or sensitive work sites; 2. Bidders are reminded to obtain the required security clearance promptly. Any delay in the award of a contract to allow the successful Bidder to obtain the required clearance will be at the entire discretion of the Contracting Authority. 3.
