Trade Agreement: CETA / WTO-AGP / CPTPP / CFTA / FTAs with Peru / Colombia / Panama / Korea Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: E6TOR-20RM05/A Laboratory Testing of Water and Soil Canada has a requirement to establish a Regional Master Standing Offer for the supply of Commercial Testing Laboratory Services to Authorized Users in Ontario A RMSO to provide all labour, materials and equipment required to carry out Testing and Analysis of Water and Sewage Samples, on an as and when required basis. CCPI will also apply as a pilot program for professional services. The bidder must demonstrate that they meet every mandatory technical evaluation criteria in their bid by submitting supporting documentation. Failure to provide supporting documentation by bid closing date will result in the bid being deemed non-responsive. Criteria include: Testing facilities must hold certification with the Canadian Association for Laboratory Accreditation Inc. (CALA) or Standards Council of Canada (SCC). The Contractor’s quality assurance and quality control at each of the Contractor’s testing facility, depot or equivalent must meet or exceed those established by CCME 2016 in the Guidance Manual For Environmental Site Characterization In Support Of Environmental And Human Health Risk Assessment: Volume 4 Analytical Methods. IMPORTANT NOTICE TO SUPPLIERS RE. Faxed and hard copy (submitted in person or via mail/courier) bids will not be accepted for the subject bid solicitation. Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing or by telephone.
