    N6630A - Analyzers
    
    Environment and Climate Change Canada requires the supply and delivery of two (2) autonomous, buoy mountable UV-Visible spectrometers for deployment at various study sites (freshwater and/or seawater).
    
    The intention of Canada is to award one contract to meet this requirement. 
    
    The bidder must demonstrate that they meet every mandatory financial  evaluation criteria in their bid by submitting supporting documentation.  Failure to provide supporting documentation by bid closing date will result in the bid being deemed non-responsive.
    
    Some of the criteria include:
    
    a. The unit must be capable of complete immersion in fresh water
    b. Must use UV-Visible light range of at least 190 - 750 nm
    c. Must be able to resolve all concentration ranges of TOC/DOC between 0 - 50 mg/L
    d. Must be capable of measuring additional constituent parameters (chla, NO3, turbidity)
    e. Must include battery pack for long-term (~1 year) deployment

This service allows suppliers to submit bids, offers and arrangements electronically to PWGSC Bid Receiving Units. This online service enables the electronic transfer of large files up to Protected B level.

    Faxed and hard copy (submitted in person or via mail/courier) bids will not be accepted for the subject bid solicitation.
    
    Given current circumstances and network limitations, some active procurements may be delayed. To stay up to date on the status of specific procurements, please consult Buysandsell.gc.ca.
    
    Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing or by telephone.
    
    This requirement is subject to the COVID-19 Vaccination Policy for Supplier Personnel. Failure to complete and provide the COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement Certification as part of the bid will render the bid non-responsive.
