The Summit Management Office (SMO) and Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) require the services from a contractor who can ensure the ground transportation for G7 participants. This includes daily transportation between accommodation and work sites in the regions of Québec City, Saguenay, Tadoussac and Charlevoix and elsewhere in the Province of Quebec, Ontario and New-Brunswick.

Transportation will be required between major activity hub between April 01 2018 and June 29 2018 inclusively.

4.2 Services to be provided: Outlined below are the transportation requirements during the Summit.

The Contractor must, between April 01 2018 and June 29 2018, perform the following services and provide:

a) Highway class Motor Coaches (52 to 56 passengers);
b) Executive Coaches (30 passengers);
c) Mini-buses (20 to 24 passengers);
d) Passengers vans (10 to 15 passengers).
e) A minimum of 4 vehicles adapted for people with reduced mobility. Vehicles for people with reduced mobility can be of various sizes, but must accommodate at least 7 passengers.

If the Bidder does not have all the necessary quantities to be considered responsive, the Bidder must use sub-contract to deliver the services.
