Nature of Requirements: 

The Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) will be participating in continuation dive training in Key West, Florida and will require Hotel Services for the duration of the training.

It is anticipated that the training will take place from 17 January - 20
 March 2016, where the Search and Rescue Technicians in total will be composed of approximately one hundred and twelve (112) personnel, all qualified CAF divers. The requirement for rooms is divided in seven (7) peri
ods of six (6) nights, for a total of 336room nights.

The Hotel must be located within 10 km (6.21 miles) of the downtown 
core of Key West. From Garrison Bight Marina, Key West Bight and Southernmost Point. Google Maps will be used to calculate the distance.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
