Nature of Requirements: 

The Department of National Defence (DND), Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) will be conducting vehicle testing at Nevada Automotive Test Center, an
d therefore has a requirement for hotel accommodations from approximatively 04 Jan 2016 to 30 April 2016 in Reno, Nevada USA to support test and evaluation activities.

The Contractor will provide accommodation services to DND personnel for th
e estimated period starting 04 Jan 2016 to 30 April 2016, for 30 personnel in single occupancy for a total of 3,510 room nights.

Accommodations provided must be located within sixty (60) driving miles 
(96.5 km) of the Nevada Automotive Test Center which is located at Nevada Automotive Test Center, 605 Fort Churchill Rd, Silver Springs, NV
 89429.  Distances will be measured using Google Maps.

Statement of Work is detailed at Annex A.
