The purpose of this procurement is to secure commercial accommodation, meeting space, and food and beverage for the delegates attending the 2017 Gender Summit - North America, in Montreal, Quebec, to be held on November 6-8, 2017, 

The event will be taking place in Montreal, Quebec, from November 6th to 8th, 2017 with a pre-event taking place off site on November 5th.

Location:  The location of the establishment providing the requirement must be in the downtown area of Montreal, within the boundary of: rue de la Montagne, rue Sherbrooke, boulevard Saint-Laurent and rue Notre-Dame Ouest.
A block of rooms totaling 1150room nights for all delegates is estimated to be required from Saturday November 4th to Wednesday November 8th.
