Statement of Work The Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) requires the provision of services in the Greater Phoenix Area, AZ, USA, for accommodations and hotel amenities.

These services are required when the CAF deploys to Luke AFB, AZ, USA, for the period of 17 November to 17 December 2021 to participate in the ALOUETTE MOBILE Exercise with the 56th Fighter Wing at Luke Air Force Base.

Hotel has to be within 10miles from Luke Air Force Base.

All hotel rooms must be within one establishment.

Dates of service are 17 November to 17 December 2021. 

More details are provided in the Statement of Work in Annex A

Basis of selection: The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for the award of the contract.

There is no security requirement applicable to this requirement.
