This amendment is raised to modify items F, G and H of section of Annex A - Statement of Work. All other terms and conditions remain the same.

Canada does not use third parties to conduct procurements.  Please submit your bids as instructed in the Request for Proposal.

The Government of Canada (Employment and Social Development Canada) will host the “OECD Social Policy Ministerial”. The two-day event will be taking place in Montreal, Quebec, the week of May 14, 2018. 
 
The Government of Canadais in need of meeting space and catering services and accommodations during this period.

Meeting space, catering services and accommodations are required during this period. Guests are to be accommodated in the same hotel, as well as the event space and all associated support space. 650 guestrooms over four (4) nights are required.

Preferred conference dates are Monday, May 14 and Tuesday, May 15, 2018 with a set-up day on May 13, 2018. Actual dates to be determined at contract award.
