Trade Agreement: Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: The Government of Canada (GC) is seeking chauffeur service to transport domestic & foreign Very Important Persons (VIP) military attachés and ambassadors inside and outside the National Capital Region (NCR). The Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) will be from 01 July 2017 to 30 June 2019, two (2) year standing offer plus one (1) year option from 01 July 2019 to 30 June 20120 The main client is the Office of the Director Protocol and Foreign Liaison (DPFL) but is not limited to it. The National Capital region (NCR) is defined as a 50km radius from Parliament Hill spaning the provinces of both Quebec and Ontario. Destinations outside the NCR may include but are not limited to: Toronto, Trenton, Kingston, Montréal and Québec City. Itinerary for VIP's transported are determined only at the time of the call-ups. The initial pick up point for visitors will normally be at the MacDonald-Cartier Airport (MCA). VIPS may then be driven to a NCR hotel, Embassy in NCR, or alternative location.The following list of major cities that could be visited are: Toronto, Trenton, Kingston, Montréal and Québec City, but may not be limited to these cities. Each call-up could range from 90 minutes of work to a full day and sometimes overnight trips. Offerors must be able to provide up to seven (7) drivers and seven (7) vehicles at any time. These vehicles must be 4-door sedans quantity four (4) and three (3) 15 passengers vans. Drivers must be bilingual, have an ability to communicate in both of Canada's official languages. Canada does not use third parties to conduct its procurement. Please submit your bids as instructed on the RFSO. Statement of Work is detailed at Annex A. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
